Accounting Accuracy, LLC was founded in 2001 by Donnie Oliver. Donnie graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. After working for the university and in the private sector for several years, Donnie noticed the common theme of disorganization in small business accounting. Business owners often do not have the time or the resources to give the financial aspect of their business the attention it deserves.

At Accounting Accuracy, we understand the demands of being a business owner, and we strive to assist in developing a system that will give consistent, reliable financial data.

After starting with a few key clients, our customer base has expanded to over 100 organizations. Our customers receive services that range from bookkeeping and tax preparation to QuickBooks classes and recordkeeping instruction.

QuickBooks Essentials was created as a result of working with business owners over several years. Accounting Accuracy worked with the Chamber of Commerce to bring these classes to area businesses, and the class has become an effective tool for teaching the basic functionality of QuickBooks financial software.
